There is some incredible countryside in Ireland, which provides the most beautiful backdrop for a wedding.  I was fortunate enough to be the photographer for Pace and Alan’s special day in the West Wicklow Hills, near Dublin.

The ceremony and reception were held at the Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort. The bride wore a handcrafted Caroline Castigliano gown which echoed the classical theme of the surrounding 200 acres of scenery and the 18^th century manor house with breathtaking views across the Blessington Lakes.

In the evening the event changed to a more upbeat theme, with the band bringing the bride & groom on stage for a rendition of Suspicious Minds, much to the delight of all the guests. Certainly a day to remember for all involved!

Diffused lighting, brooding skies and the incredible greenery of the Irish countryside dictated the classic and natural styling for my photography.  Utilising all opportunities for creative photography, I took  candid shots of the wedding party and guests throughout the event to, what I hope you agree, is stunning effect…  LB
